Anyone thinking of travelling to the 3 Irish Open in Co Louth golf club Baltray next week, 14th – 17th May, can avail of special ticket offers as just revealed by Iarnród Éireann. These are:
- A special €10 return fare for those purchasing advance tickets to the 3 Irish Open on www.ticketmaster.ie
- These return fare tickets will also be the same price on the first day of the 3 Irish Open and this will include DART travel from anywhere in Dublin. This means that someone travelling by DART from Sandymount for example, can travel to Connolly and catch the train to Drogheda from there for a total cost of €10. (Bus transfer from Drogheda to the course is extra).
- Integrated tickets for a total of €25 which includes the train fare and entry to the course. (Bus transfer from Drogheda station again is extra).
Bus transfers from Drogheda train station to Baltray Golf Course through Bus Eireann will be operated on a cash fare basis (price will be €6 return). All train timetables and ability to book tickets can be done by clicking on the 3 Irish Open box on their home page www.irishrail.ie.
