Exclusive ‘All You Can Eat’ data plans make Three best for Smartphones

Three, Ireland’s largest high speed network, today announced the launch of the dual-core Samsung Galaxy S II, their thinnest Smartphone yet, available from all 3Stores and stockists and also online at three.ie from tomorrow June 1st, with3Store Grafton Street opening at 8am.

The Samsung Galaxy S II will be available from Free on Bill Pay, with Three’s market leading “All you can eat” data price plans, giving unlimited internet usage with no excess data charges.

The high-end Galaxy S II will be the first dual-core processor handset to be released by Three and is a follow-up to the hugely successful Galaxy S. The Galaxy S II has an extra thin body at only 8.49mm thick, which is equipped with an 8 megapixel camera and a 1080p full HD camcorder, to record and playback HD movies.

The lightweight handset launches on Android Gingerbread (2.3), the latest version of the world’s fastest growing mobile operating system. The next generation Smartphone combines dual-core processor applications and an advanced wireless network (HSPA+21) connectivity.

The 4.3” Smartphone touch-screen has been equipped with Samsung’s new crystal clear Super AMOLED Plus screen technology providing a crystal clear viewing experience using ‘RealStripe’ screen technology and a greatly increased sub-pixel count to 480 x 800.
